Provided merchandise shows no sign of wear or abuse, we will gladly refund you your money less shipping fees within 14 days from date of purchase. All special orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Dog boxes are non-refundable. The item(s) being refunded must be packed in the product box, original packing material, and paperwork. Item(s) must then be shipped in a shipping carton.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise:

Do not accept your shipment if the package(s) show sign of damage. Always inspect and test equipment immediately upon delivery even if you do not plan on using it right away.

Back Orders:

We strive to keep merchandise in stock. However in the event that an item is on back order, we will ship the item(s) as soon as possible at no additional charge on ground shipping.

Refusal of Package(s) on Delivery:

If upon delivery of your order the package(s) is refused you will be responsible for all shipping charge(s).

48 Hour Turnaround:

All orders placed Monday through Friday between (7:00am-6:00pm) will be shipped within 48 hours pending verification and product availability. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped by the following Tuesday.
